popped in while I was in Copenhagen and had such a nice experience. the staff were really friendly, and they helped me find my dress way faster than I expected

I did end up getting my refund, but it took longer than I expected and I was getting impatient waiting around for it. It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, I just wish they’d move a little faster with stuff like this.
